The Middletown Food and Nutrition Services Department announced that New York State local hamburgers will be featured on many of our NYS menu days. These are fresh, certified Angus beef patties, that are then flash frozen and cooked on-site to an USDA-recommended internal temperature of 160 degrees.
What can you expect from your hamburger?
➣It will be a thicker, jucier hamburger. ➣Your cooked hamburger can have pink center. ➣Free of artificial flavors and colors. ➣An assortment of you favorite toppings.
