RIGHT OF DUE PROCESS
All appeals regarding a student-athlete violation must be made in writing to the Athletic Director. The appeal committee will consist of the Athletic Director, Executive Principal, House Principal, and one faculty member selected by the committee. The appeal committee will conduct a private conference, allowing attendance only by those directly involved in the case. A majority vote of the committee will render a decision within 3 school days of the hearing. The Committee’s decision is final. A written notice of the committee’s decision will be sent by the Athletic Director to the student-athlete and his/her parents/guardian.
