Digital Equity Survey Reminder

NYSED requires districts to submit a student digital access survey for every student attending our district. They will use the information from the responses to plan strategies for digital and educational equity for all NYS students. We are asking you to help us fulfill this requirement and complete this survey for each grade Kindergarten-12 student in your family attending Middletown City Schools.
