More then 90 families signed up to attend the Family Academy, with the first one held on August 2. But you'll have another chance to experience this informative and enjoyable evening with a second session on August 8. It will run from 6 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at Presidential Park Elementary School, and you can register here.
Young family members and future Middies were treated to the movie, "Encanto," in the upstairs cafetorium, while enjoying snacks the district provided. Parents and guardians learned, and had a chance to ask questions, about the district's support services, communication, grading and assessments, student skills, health services, and food and nutrition services.
