On Wednesday, April 19th, 38 educators were celebrated for participating in the Personalized Learning Fellowship this year. The Fellowship brought together innovative educators to build knowledge of personalized learning practices that meet the needs, strengths, and interests of all scholars.Their work focused around the Core Four–a framework for understanding the practices, mindsets, knowledge, and priorities that best personalize learning for scholars. The components of the Core Four are flexible path and pace, reflection and goal setting, collaboration and creativity, and targeted instruction. We plan to continue offering this professional learning to more educators in the upcoming school year.
