    Enlarged City School District of Middletown public Board of Education meetings will be held virtually through Zoom* teleconference. 

    Members of the public can address the Board of Education, during the public opportunity to address, in one of two ways: 

    Option #1 - Leave a comment to be read by the Board of Education during the public session on the Public Opportunity to Address the Board (Google form) linked below. 

    Option #2 - Address the Board of Education in real time ~ a Zoom link to join the meeting will be emailed to you once you complete the form linked below (Google form). 

     Complete this form if you are choosing either Option #1 or Option #2. Public Opportunity to Address the Board

    The form will no longer be accepting responses after 4:30 PM the day of the Board of Education meeting.

    Comments/speakers will be addressed in the order they are received. Each speaker will be allotted four minutes.  If you are speaking live on the evening of the Board of Education meeting, you are required to have your camera on. 

    Members of the public are encouraged to send their thoughts and opinions to the Board at any time, but only those received during the public comment submission window (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - day of the Board of Education meeting) will be included in the public record of a Board of Education meeting.
