Watch Superintendent Del Moro address our community at the Dec. 5 school board meeting

Dear Middletown City School District Community,

It is with great respect and sincerest gratitude I write to you, the Middletown City School Community,  thanking you for a positive outcome and vote of confidence on the December 4, 2018 referendum vote.

Our school community is fortunate to have committed, hard-working community members, volunteers, educators and staff who helped shape the work and supported this projects development.  There were many meetings where our school and community members participated in discussions and voiced their hopes and concerns to help shape the overall project. Additionally, there were many volunteers who worked tirelessly over the past several months to provide the school community with information on the referendum. The entire process was truly a community effort.

With a positive vote on December 4, 2018  our school community can look forward to the future knowing we continue to invest in the future. Our state-of-the-art facilities will continue to support amazing teaching and learning opportunities for our scholars.

The success of the referendum belongs to our entire school community. Again, thank you for you entrusting us with this endeavor. We will continue to work diligently to ensure our district is one to be proud!

    With gratitude,

Richard Del Moro, Superintendent of Schools
