The Middletown Athletic Wall of Fame Committee is now accepting nominations for the Class of 2026, with induction ceremonies scheduled for September 2026.

The Wall of Fame honors individuals and teams who have made significant and lasting contributions to Middletown athletics through outstanding athletic achievement, coaching excellence, leadership, sportsmanship, or dedicated service to the athletic community.

Nomination Period: February, March, and April 2026
Nomination Deadline: April 17, 2026

Nominations may be submitted by members of the public and can be completed digitally or manually using the following options:

All nominations must be completed in full and submitted by the stated deadline to be considered for induction. Supporting materials and detailed nominee information are encouraged to assist the committee in its review process.  Manual hard copy nomination forms will also be available at the Middletown Central Office, 223 Wisner Ave.

The 2026 Middletown Athletic Hall of Fame Class will be officially announced on April 30, 2026.
