Our valued Middletown families....We need your help with a mandated requirement that will enable our scholars to receive educational resources on par with every school community in New York.

In order to promote and plan strategies for digital and educational equity for all NYS students, the New York State Education Department is requiring districts to submit student digital access data. We are asking all K-12 families to help us fulfill the requirement and complete the Digital Equity Survey.

This quick survey will provide information on the state of our students' access to devices and internet service in their places of residence. The data you submit is confidential and will only be shared with NYSED. Click here for the survey

To access this survey, log onto your Infinite Campus Parent Portal and click the Survey tab. If you are already in your IC Parent Portal, just click on the Survey tab.
