Congratulations to Edwin Ramirez and Valerie Valenzuela, our most recent Cadets to graduate from the NJROTC Northeast Leadership Academy and Sail Training in Newport, Rhode Island.
Edwin and Valerie attended the two-week training at the Newport Naval base and learned about leadership, drill, uniform appearance, etiquette and sailing. It was a busy experience, but they endured and earned the silver cord to wear on their uniform, signaling graduation from LA/ST.
