Middletown's Section 9 indoor track champions

The Middletown indoor track team had a big Saturday as Quilar Baidy, Myles Berry and our girls’ 800-meter relay team all won Section 9 Class A indoor championships at West Point.

Quillar captured the 55-meter hurdles. Myles won the weight throw. Naima Francis, Troi Roberts, Justyina Grey and Priscilla Hylton placed first in the relay.

Kiera Stroud took second place in the shot put, as did the Middies’ 800 relay team of Javion Roldan, Quillar, Jayden Bryan and Amir McEachin.

Miles finished third in the shot put. Troi came in third in the 600. Priscilla was third in the 300. Javion took third in the 55. Anthony Ramos and Shamaiyah Green each finished third in the long jump.
