Middletown High School Seniors Destiny Harriott and Nezreen Muir-Gardner created a mental health resource video as part of their Seal of Civic Readiness Capstone Project. 

Through their project, “Middies Are Not Alone,” Destiny and Nezreen created a first-day-of-school mental health resource video designed to support scholars as they begin a new school year. Their goal was simple but meaningful: to help create a welcoming and supportive school environment where scholars know they are not alone, understand where they can turn for help, and feel empowered to support themselves and their peers.
