Maple Hill Recognizes the Top Readers

On Monday, March 31, Maple Hill Elementary School held a Reading Rally to congratulate the school's top readers. The rally began with a short story reading from a dinosaur mascot, and then the total amount of time Maple Hill spent reading was revealed: 318,095 minutes! Between the reading minutes of the scholars and the staff members, the scholars won the overwhelming majority. As a prize, the scholars got to vote on what kind of costumes the administrators would wear at the rally between superheroes and Disney princesses. The administrators walked into the gym in a grand reveal of the winning theme, Disney princesses! They then got to hand out the awards for the best readers of the school.
