Grading Practice Revisions Town Halls
Dear Families,
As we approach the start of the 2024-2025 school year, we are excited to announce the implementation of aligned grading practices for the upcoming school year across all grade levels—elementary, middle, and high school. With these grading practices, we aim to:
- Establish consistent grading practices
- Clear communication to scholars and families regarding the scholars’ knowledge and skills
- Reduce bias in the grading process
We believe these changes will result in every young person receiving the feedback they need in order to thrive.
Please join us to learn more about the specific grading practices for each grade level.
