Dr. Norval Connell was named the new Assistant Superintendent of Business and Operations at the October 9 Board of Education meeting, following the board's unanimous approval.

Dr. Connell has been serving as the Administrator of District Resources and Operations since July, after spending nine years as an Instructional Leader at Middletown High School. This is his 10th year in the Middletown school district.
