Congratulations, High School Area All-State musicians

We recently received word that the following musicians have been accepted into High School Area All State this year:
Orchestra
Matthew MacKay - viola
Juliana Sanchez - violin 1
Chorus
Spencer Bailey
Eliana Decker
Lisette Godinez
Gianna Lebron
Abigail Pierre
These acceptances are based on NYSSMA solo performances last spring. Accepted musicians will perform November 21-22 at the Area All State Festival in Cornwall. Congratulations to Megan Gugliotta, Greg Bennett and Faraz Ardalan on their hard work preparing these musicians for their solo performances last spring.
A huge thank you to all your support of our music program! These accomplishments are achieved in high school but they are not possible without a strong music program at every level!
