April is World Autism Month and April 2nd is World Autism Day. The theme for World Autism Month this year is Celebrating Differences, encouraging recognition of the unique strengths and perspectives of autistic individuals as well as to "light it up blue".

Thursday, April 3	Sensory Friendly Thursday	Dress in your most comfortable clothes to support your sensory needs. Try to use as much natural light in your classroom instead of fluorescents as possible.
Friday, April 4	Middie Pride Friday	Celebrate the minds of all of our Middie scholars.
