April's WEdnesday Family Night

A crowd of parents and scholars listening to a presentation.

It was a busy Wednesday night at Middletown High School, with multiple opportunities for our families to benefit.

The final WEdnesday Family Night of the 2023-24 school year on April 10 capped off a terrific monthly feature when scholars and their families had access to representatives from our key departments, service providers from our community, previews and Q&A sessions regarding upcoming summer offerings - and a great chance to sample delicious snacks from our kitchen!

The night also featured a very well-attended College Panel and Financial Aid Awareness presentation for college and careers, with 150 in attendance in the MHS Library/Media center. This night offered families a chance to hear from and meet our MHS College and Career Center staff, as well as learn from a panel of college representatives.

Our community also had the chance to learn and ask questions about the 2024-25 school budget discussions with Assistant Superintendent Michael Tuttle.

These WEdnesday Family Night sessions throughout the year were created to enable families to get access to many school and community resources in one place on one night.
