To the Families of our Scholars, 

The district is entering its second year participating in the Leader in Me program. 

The Leader in Me program focuses on building leadership, responsibility, and a growth mindset in young people by instilling the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People in the school setting. Over the next several years, we will work together to integrate these principles into our school culture, helping our scholars develop essential life skills such as self-discipline, problem-solving, and effective communication. We have attached here the Leader In Me (LiM) ECSDM Informational Video.

As part of the second year of implementation, we are conducting an MRA Survey (Measurable Result Assessment) to gather important feedback from educators, staff, scholars, and families. Starting November 10, 2025 - December 12, 2025, our school will administer our second MRA Survey to all scholars at MHS as part of the LIM me program. The MRA Survey will be used to provide a holistic picture of our school community. Your completion of the MRA survey is a key component in helping us assess the rollout of the program, identify areas for continued improvement, and determine the best ways to support our school community throughout this exciting journey.

The MRA includes three different surveys; 

1. One completed by designated school staff
2. One completed by your scholar(s) in the high school
3. One completed by the families of scholars in the high school

The MRA will be given twice during the 2025 - 2026 School Year. 

We look forward to your valued participation in ensuring that our school community is a welcoming and inclusive environment for all scholars, families, and staff.
