The Middletown Central Registration team welcomes families and is responsible for enrolling all new and returning students in the District. Families are scheduled, by appointment, to bring completed District registration documents, residency verification, and student birth and immunization records to Central Registration.  A personalized review of all forms and supporting documents are completed at the in-person registration appointment.  The team also handles updating student information for residency changes  within the Middletown School District  zoning boundaries. 

The Middletown Registration team has both English and Spanish Registrars and support staff. The team works closely with the District's Special Education department , World Language department, and the Mid-City transportation company for student busing.
