Welcome to Middletown Schools Health Services! We prioritize student health to support overall growth and academic success. Our dedicated nursing team offers comprehensive, confidential care covering physical, mental, and emotional health. Core services include emergency response, first aid, chronic disease management, state-mandated screenings, and nurse-led health education. Additionally, our District Nurse Practitioner conducts health appraisals for general wellness, sports physicals, and working permits, supplemented by local partnerships like the Lions Club for vision care, Healthy Smiles for dental health, and Open Airways for asthma education.

To maintain a healthy environment, families must follow key district and New York State guidelines. State-mandated immunizations are required for attendance, and any medication administered at school requires a provider’s order and parent/guardian consent.
