Unpacking the Teen Years

While the teen years often make parents/caregivers tremble, it really is a wonderful time of growth for teens. What they are experiencing is really a spectacular time of life.

Join us to learn about:

  • Changes in your teen
  • Ways to build connectivity
  • Communication strategies and tools
  • Challenging behaviors and know how to identify red flags
  • Building relationships for the future
  • How a positive approach to your teen will benefit your relationship 

The virtual sessions will be on February 5, 12, 19, and 26, 2025 and run from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M

  • Tools to Support Gentle Parenting: Five practical tips and ways to enhance your relationship with your child.

Adult - Adult Connection

This virtual workshop will take place on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025. The course will run from 7:00 - 8:30 P.M. 

Join us for this 90-minute, virtual session where we will touch on some basics to help adults connect better with one another.

When adults communicate and get along better it has a positive impact on the family. Learn about:

  • Value of connection
  • Understanding our response to perceived “threats”
  • Attachment styles 101
  • Empathy and Understanding
  • Communication Tools – Reflective Listening and I Statements
