Summer Camp Registration

  • Registration is closed.

    To provide all families with an equal chance of participation in our summer programs, a lottery registration will be used to select participants for all summer programs except:

       ⦿ Elementary, Middle School and High School Learning Programs
       ⦿ Extended School Year Programs
       ⦿ Jumpstart Programs
       ⦿ Algebra Adventures Camp
       ⦿ Summer Dual Enrollment & Enrichment-Ask school counselor for information
       ⦿ Middie All-Star Sensory Friendly Athletic Camp Registration Form 
       ⦿ Sensory Camp Registration Form
       ⦿ Middie Music Camp Registration Form 

    ⦾ The lottery registration will open on Friday, May 5 and close on Friday, May 19 on FamilyID.
    ⦾ Families will be notified during the week of May 24th of their status.
    ⦾ Scholars not selected in the lottery will be placed on a waitlist and will be notified if there is an opening. 

     

    Step 1: Go to the Enlarged City School District of Middletown's FamilyID page. Scan the QR code to the left or click on the link below.

    Step 2: Click on one of the following options based on the current grade of your scholar. This will take you to another page with the list of camps. Click on the Register Now button. If you do not have an account, you will have to create an account. Click on the Create Account button, then follow the directions to create an account. If you already have an account, click on the Log-In account.

    Step 3: Scroll down to "Sections" and select the camps you would like to register your scholar and complete all the required information.

    Step 4: Complete the form by filling in all required (*) information. Scholars participating in sports camps must have a current physical. You can still register for the lottery if your scholar's physical is not current. If your scholar is selected for sports camp, they must have a current physical in order to participate in the camp.
