AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM COMMUNITY AGREEMENTS
Your invitation and our asks
We see ourselves as collaborative partners with our families. In order to ensure the best possible service to all of the scholars enrolled in the program we are asking each family to review the information below prior to completing a scholar registration.
- Participation in this program is a unique opportunity, and seats are limited. Therefore, daily attendance is critical to the goal of the program. Enrolling your child means you will ensure he/she attends the applicable sessions.
- Transportation at the end of the day will be available for the program. Please be advised, we are not providing door-to-door transportation. We are providing transportation to community stops. Upon confirmed registration you will be notified of the applicable community bus stops.
- We expect scholars to connect with educators and their peers and build bonds. Therefore, scholars are expected to actively engage in sessions. This helps to build a sense of team with the class and holds everyone accountable for their participation and engagement in the work.
- Our Code of Conduct is our guide. Scholars are expected to be respectful and responsible members of the after school community.
