Search for biographies, articles, and images of both
current and historic figures from all eras and fields of
endeavor.
Countrywatch:
Research countries of the world, current events,
history, culture, government, economy, maps, flags, and
more!
EBSCO:
Full-text magazine and newspaper articles, general
science information, and access to EbscoHost Espanol.
Literary Reference Center/EBSCO:
Search for biographies, literary criticism, reviews,
interviews, full-text classics, short stories, images,
and more.
NOVEL NY Databases:
Provides newspaper, magazine and encyclopedia
articles on health, business, literature, authors,
science, etc., as well as full-text access to NY
newspapers and a newly added collection of eBooks.
Gale Literary Resources:
Search for literary biographies, reviews, and
criticism.
Grolier Encyclopedia:
Encyclopedia articles, dictionaries, atlases, and links
to relevant journal articles and websites. Available in
English and Spanish.
Facts on File: Issues and Controversies and World News
Digest:
A great source for position and term papers and
historical background.
Informe-Revistas en Espanol:
Search or browse through over 200 Spanish magazines,
newspapers, and journals.
Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center:
A great source for position papers and term papers.
Proquest:
Contains articles dealing with education issues.
WorldBook: Provides access
to every article from the printed
version of World Book Encyclopedia, as well as to
illustrations, videos, sounds, animations, and links to
relevant Web sites. Spanish version also available.
