The following is a list of Honors and Accelerated College Credit opportunities available at Middletown High School:

Advanced Courses: Middletown High School provides many opportunities for our students to challenge themselves through advanced level classes. Students can earn up to 23 college credits through the State University of New York (SUNY); college credit for AP classes is awarded at the discretion of individual colleges and universities. Additionally, Syracuse University Biology is worth eight credits and, students in the Project Lead the Way program can earn up to 15 credits through Rochester Institute of Technology.
