iVillage-This site offers articles on a variety of parenting topics along with message boards with additional advice. 

Family Education-This site offers school solutions, homework help, parenting tips, and expert advice.  They divide the site into three categories:  Pre-K-2, 3-5, and 6-12.

National Education Association-This site offers research, and resources including testing, getting involved in your child’s school, and a cyber guide for parents to name a few items. 

Family Fun-This site offers craft activities and weekend family activities including recipes. 

NYS Ed Web site-This is from the New York State site and lists parent resources including assessment information.

Education Place-This site is from the Houghton Mifflin Company and offers a “Kids Place” and a “Parents Place.”  There are resources for you and your child with online activities. 

Yahooligans! Parent-Yahooligans is a child-friendly search resource for students to gather information for their class schoolwork.  The parent section includes an online safety section, Surfing as a Family Adventure, and browsers for children.  

US Department of Education-This site is from the National Department of Education with loads of links to a variety of parent resources including Financial Aid; No Child Left Behind; Federal Student Aid; My Child’s Academic Success; and My Child with Special Needs. 

Scholastic for Families-This site is brought to you by the scholastic company and offers information on Early Learners, School-Aged Children, and much more. 

KidsNet-KIDSNET helps children, families and educators intelligently access the educational opportunities available from television, radio and multimedia sources. 

National Center for Education-This site offers statistical information on education and has links for additional parent resources. 

Homework Spot Parent Resources-This section of Homework Spot offers links and resources for numerous parent resources.  The main site, Homework Spot is available for students to research information for class projects. 

No Child Left Behind-Parent Guide-This site offers information on the No Child Left Behind Act.

Reading Rockets -This site offers techniques for struggling readers, Newbery and Caldecott winners, a guide to children's books and authors, and feature stories to help get your children and students reading!
