All new students are registered through the Central Registration Office, located at 441 East Main Street, Middletown.

When you register, you will complete a Home Language Survey (HLS). Based on the survey, your child may require support in developing proficiency in English. You will then be put in touch with a professional from the Middletown Office of Bilingual Education. Based on the interview, your child’s proficiency in the English language will be assessed using the Language Assessment Battery (LAB-R) test and if appropriate, a suitable program placement at your child's school will be made.
