BOARD OF EDUCATION

MIDDLETOWN, NEW YORK

JULY 31, 2008

A special meeting of the Board of Education of the Enlarged City School District of Middletown, New York was held Thursday, July 31, 2008, at the Board of Education Office, 223 Wisner Avenue, Board President Nicholas Mauro, presiding.

Present: Mrs. Isseks, Mrs. Knapp, Mrs. Martinez, Dr. Mauro, Mr. Paul, Ms. Perkins - 6.

Absent: Mr. Geiger, Mr. Perrino, Ms. Tobiassen - 3.

Others Attending: Terrence L. Olivo, Orange-Ulster BOCES

Dr. Mauro called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. to conduct a Board Retreat. There was no
public session.

At approximately 9:45 p.m., there being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
