Ms. Perkins made a motion, seconded by Mr. Crescenzo, to establish a policy of behavior to protect the District and Board from lawsuit from a member losing control in executive session. No vote was taken and a discussion pursued.
Mrs. Knapp made a motion, seconded by Mr. Crescenzo, to put this motion of establishing a policy of behavior onto the agenda for the Board Retreat. No vote was taken and a discussion pursued.
Ms. Perkins withdrew her motion to establish a policy of behavior. Mr. Crescenzo seconded the motion to withdraw.
Ms. Perkins then made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Knapp, to put onto the agenda for the Board Retreat, to establish a policy of behavior to protect the District and Board from lawsuit from a member losing control in executive session.

At 10:55 p.m., Mr. Perrino made a motion, seconded by Mr. Estrada, to go into executive session for the discussion of medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person. Motion was unanimously approved.
