AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

OCTOBER 10, 2006

A meeting of the Audit Committee of the Enlarged City School District of Middletown, New York was held on Tuesday, October 10, 2006, at 223 Wisner Avenue, Middletown, New York. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.

Present: Edwin Estrada, William Geiger, Raquel Martinez (arrived 6:05 p.m.), Rose Tobiassen (arrived 6:10 p.m.)

Absent: None

Invitees: Elizabeth McKean, Auditors: Anna Niemann and Andrew Arias of Cooper & Niemann, CPA’s

Auditors presented and discussed District financial and management letter.

At 7:45 p.m., Mr. Geiger made a motion, seconded by Ms. Tobiassen, to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing an item pertaining to the contract/negotiations of a particular company. Motion was unanimously approved. The Auditor’s were invited to attend.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
