BOARD OF EDUCATION

MIDDLETOWN, NEW YORK

JUNE 8, 2005

A special meeting of the Board of Education of the Enlarged City School District of Middletown, New York was held Wednesday, June 8, 2005, at the Provident Bank, 1 Industrial Drive, Middletown, New York, Board President Vincent Crescenzo, presiding.

Present: Mr. Estrada, Mr. Geiger, Mrs. Knapp, Mr. Perrino, Ms. Tobiassen, Mrs. Botti, Mr. Crescenzo – 7.

Absent: Dr. Best – 1.                   

Mr. Crescenzo called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m.  He said that this special meeting is called for the discussion of specific personnel contractual issues. 

Mrs. Knapp made a motion, seconded by Mr. Geiger, to have an executive session to discuss specific personnel contractual issues. 

Ayes:  Estrada, Geiger, Knapp, Perrino, Tobiassen, Botti, Crescenzo – 7.  Noes:  None.  Motion was unanimously approved.

Mr. Geiger left the meeting at 7:30 p.m.

At 7:50 p.m., Mr. Perrino made a motion, seconded by Mr. Estrada, to adjourn the meeting.
