BOARD OF EDUCATION

MIDDLETOWN, NEW YORK

DECEMBER 22, 2003

A special meeting of the Board of Education of the Enlarged City School District of Middletown, New York was held Monday, December 22, 2003, at the Board of Education Office, 223 Wisner Avenue, Board President Robin Markovits, presiding. 

Present:  Mr. Crescenzo, Mrs. Elliott, Mr. Estrada, Mr. McCormack, Mrs. Botti, Mrs. Markovits  – 6.

Absent:  Dr. Best, Mrs. Knapp (arrived at 11:06 a.m.), Mr. Perrino (arrived at 11:04 a.m.)

Mrs. Markovits called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.  Mrs. Elliott made a motion, seconded by Mr. McCormack, to have an executive session to discuss the Grand Jury Report as it pertains to various personnel

Ayes:  Crescenzo, Elliott, Estrada, McCormack, Botti, Markovits – 6.  None: None.  Motion was unanimously approved.

 Public session resumed at 12:23 p.m.  Mr. Perrino made a motion, seconded by Mr. McCormack, to adjourn the meeting at this time.  Motion was unanimously approved.
