Contract for Excellence (C4E)

The New York State Education Department (SED) requires that Contract for Excellence (C4E) School Districts provide the public with information. In an effort to keep our community informed about C4E, Middletown has developed this page.

SED requires Middletown to follow specific C4E requirements all are listed below. In addition, links to some general information about C4E and our 2009-10, 2008-09, and 2007-08 C4E plans have been provided.
